everon Warranty and Service Policy
Terms & Conditions:
1. everon warrants the products which are purchased from everon or everon associates or vendors (Authorized partners) to free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The purchase receipt or invoice or warranty card is required when warranty claims are raised. The warranty period commences as of the invoice or receipt date. This warranty extends only to the original purchase and is non-transferable.
2. During the warranty period as indicated above, everon will, at no additional charge, replace defective parts or products with new parts or serviceable parts or products that are equivalent to new parts or products in performance. All replaced or exchanged parts which are removed under this warranty will become the property of everon.
3. It is advised to make a back-up of software before the product is sent for warrant repairs. everon will not be responsible for any loss of data / information or application during warranty services.
4. Products / consumables not provided by everon but accompanied with everon products received for warranty services are not covered under product warranty.
5. everon is not responsible but not limited to the following warranty claims
· Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.
· Use of the product within an improper or inappropriate operating environment.
· Modification of the product that has not been authorized by everon in writing.
· The serial number or warranty seal of the product being removed or defaced;
· The product being serviced or repaired by anyone other than an Authorized Service Provider;
· A claim for missing software or accessories not reported within 7 working days after purchase;
· Changes in the normal settings of the product; and
· Normal wear and tear.
Warranty Period:
1. If the product fails within 30 days from purchase date with the proof of original receipt or invoice, everon will provide 1 to 1 Replacement to its business associates based on the product's warranty policy after product has been verified by everon technical department. Product must be received in full packaging & without any signs of physical damage on the product. If the sent product does not comply to above mentioned terms, everon reserve the right to return the original unit to the associate / business partner.
If the product malfunctions after 7 days from purchase, you are required to contact everon technical department for obtaining RMA number and information on sending the products to everon (see everon warranty procedures).

Notes:
1. “Life time warranty” is defined as: The product is under warranty as long as it remains in everon product list and not replaced by other products. In case the product is replaced by other products, the warranty will be provided one year after it is removed from the product list. The product updated listing to be sent to associates on a monthly basis.
2. The warranty for batteries depends on country to country basis.
Warranty Procedures:
End Users:
End users are required to claim warranty services from the point of purchase. A proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Associates and Business Partners:
· Contact everon technical department to obtain RMA number ( contact )
· Fill up RMA form (Download)
· Send products to everon head office (contact us)
RMA Policy:
· RMA number will be assigned within a maximum of 2 working days period.
· RMA number is only valid for 14 days from the date of issuance and when the dates are exceeded, a new valid RMA number is required.
· Customer will assume all shipping charges on products returned to everon.
· everon is not responsible for any lost, or damage to the products during shipment.
· everon will assume all shipping charges on products returned to customers.
· Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge provided that items are not abused, misused, neglected or modified.
· everon will promptly repair or replace items. However, the return time will be from 15 to 30 days from the time products are received at everon premises.
